Autoreply to @mentions

I don't have time to reply to everyone who tweets me but I'd like to be able to send them something. I'd love a bot that can automatically send a reply to anyone who @mentions me, as long as it was only once per person (so if they send me a second @mention they don't get another autoreply). That'd be great :)
