"Live" Feed Status/Data

I'm sure this has been suggested before... and if so, then I'm seconding (or thirding, or whatever) the motion...

But I think it would be helpful to have some reporting in your backoffice on whether your feeds are actually functioning and what they are doing. Maybe a "latest post" thing at the bare minimum.

If you're waiting to see if your setup is working it can take a while. It would be great for Tweethopper to at least indicate that the feed is functioning properly and ready to send data.

    We are working on a new UI and it should include more information like this on it. Right now our feeds are checked every 10 minutes and we post all the new items from the past 48 hours.
