Auto Tweet + Auto Reply Bot

I'm thinking of a bot that not only Auto Tweets on regular intervals.. like 15 mins - 30 mins (Allows for around at least 30 different tweets so that it won't repeat themselves too much)
and that Auto replies mentions, and the reply content is determined by the keywords listed in the tweet.
Like if in the tweet, there's a "Hello" word, It'll
automatically reply, "Hello!" and stuff like that.
Even if it's "I'm saying Hello", It'll still register that and
reply with "Hello!"
And not only that, It can also auto mention people that's in their followers list, also, with different variations allowed.
And also, and added bonus but definitely not vital, the ability to follow back people that follows the bot.
It'd be great if there's a bot like that as it'll fulfill all my needs! Thanks for taking your time to read this!
