Auto-Follow job for my bot?

Just curious, I have set my bot to auto-follow any new followers however it doesn't seem to be working? How long does it typically take for it to auto-follow someone? Any help / hints would be greatly apprecaited :) thanks

    Ryan,

    The jobs run every two hours, but we have been under a heavy queue load for the last 24 hours. If the load continues, we will make the servers bigger and add more workers, etc.
