DM and tweetbots
I am trying to send a DM of whatever to tweet to one of my contacts. Is that possible with tweet bot./? if not is there something else i could use ? thanks in advance

You can send a dm-tweet that will dm other people. Just do this "dm twitter_account dm user_you_want_to_dm This is my dm to the user". It will send out just fine, I just tested it on my own tweethopper bot with my account and sent a dm to myself.
Hope that is clear enough and makes sense.

I was trying to get it to DM gcal , with whatever I tweet.
Would that still be possible even tho its not originally a DM.?

I am not sure I follow.
You setup a DM-tweet job on a twitter account you own, and you authorize certain twitter users to "repost" messages from.
I setup the "Tweethopper" account to allow "joshowens" to repost to it's account, using direct messages. Whenever I DM "Tweethopper" from my "joshowens" account, tweet hopper picks up those direct messages, sees that they are from an authorized twitter user and reposts them to twitter as "Tweethopper".
