Tweetsbot service = tweethopper... Where do I enter my serial to get what I paid for?

I am a subscriber to this service. It appears that the name has been changes to Tweethopper. I have a serial number for the program (acquired when I bought it under the name tweetsbots). Where do I go about entering this to get my account back?

    Rob,

    I think you are contacting the wrong company. You are perhaps talking about the iphone app "Tweetbot". Our service used to be named "Tweetbots" around 1.5 years ago, but we are a web app that you pay for monthly.

    Perhaps this is a good starting point: http://tapbots.com/software/tweetbot/
