Feed/Account Not Working Properly?
I'm not sure my account is working properly. It had the 502 error last night, if that matters.
I know my RSS feed is OK, because it's being read by other services. But it doesn't appear to be feeding through Tweethopper. Thoughts? Help!

I think it's OK now. Must have been a weird Twitter interrupt or something.

Actually Paolo, there is definitively something wonky going on here.
I'm looking at my raw RSS Feed and there should have been a lot more posts going through Tweethopper than are showing up on my Twitter acc't. I mean, I'm literally looking at posts coming off the feed that aren't showing up in Twitter.
Additionally, posts that are showing up are clumping up. In other words, instead of feeding live into my Twitter feed, they seem to be going out as groups. Is that normal? I had the impression that Tweethopper was more like a real-time feed (but maybe I'm wrong about that).

We love our customers, you are never a bother! Can you tell us which twitter account and rss feed you are having trouble with?
The posts are done in 10 minute intervals, so we aren't 100% realtime, yet. With our new interface, we plan to have a few more options to control how many posts flow out and how often we check.

Hi, I too have issues.
My feed has well ver 80 records but no new tweets in well over an hour, initially I saw 5 then it stopped for no reason? Are there some issues at your end?

Hi lindah.
Well, I'm "glad" to hear it's not just me.
My feed is totally wonky. A few tweets go through, but the vast majority do not. As far as I can tell, there's no rhyme or reason for it. But then I'm not a programmer, either.

Hey guys,
Thanks for bearing with us. We actually did a major upgrade this past weekend and have ironed out the last kinks with it just today! This new upgrade allows us to split jobs more easily across multiple machines to avoid rate limit issues for Yahoo pipes, among other things.
Please let us know if you are having any other issues with the feed tweeting or yahoo pipes not working right with our service.
