RSS Feed with link errors

I have got an error while running retweet bot job. There were no
problems yesterday.
It looks like "Error: Rate limit exceeded - please wait 1 minute
before shortening further URLs." at the end of message, and I have
no idea what to do with this.
Can anyone help? I'm getting feed from pipes and I don't want any links at the and of message.

Thanks for contacting us, I am sorry you are having trouble with our service. I would be happy to give you a hand in tracking down the issue, but you didn't mention which twitter account or feed you are seeing this with.
Let me know, so we can start investigating this.

This is an issue with Bit.ly API and rate liming that we are looking into.

Just to keep you and everyone updated, we're coordinating with Bit.ly API support and we're waiting to hear back from them. In the meantime, you can add a custom Bit.ly API key to your account and it should resolve this issue faster for you. We'll keep you updated on this issue. Thanks!

We would like to inform you that we're no longer hitting the rate limits on Bit.ly since we moved a few of the bigger clients to their own API keys. I will now be closing the ticket. Thanks!
