Using DM-tweet
This is the 3rd time I have tried this service, and I have yet to make ti work, and the support mail you sent me was simply retarded.
I am going to try once more
I have an account. "Shoq" I have a bot: "Shoqq"
I try to send a DM from shoq to shoqq, and it arrives, but it is NEVER actually tweeted by shoqq. It sits there in the inbox.
SINCE YOU NEVER ACTUALLY TELL SOMEONE HOW TO DO THIS (BECAUSE YOUR DOCUMENTS ARE PATHETIC), the best I can figure is to type
"d shoqq dm-tweet "the message"
IS THIS CORRECT TWITTER COMMAND? IF SO, WHY DON"T YOU MAKE A SIMPLY PAGE THAT DEMONSTRATES IT JUST THAT WAY.
AND IF CORRECT , WHY DOESN'T YOUR SERVICE WORK?
IF NOT CORRECT COMMAND, WHAT IS CORRECT COMMAND?
I have asked this twice before, and your answers were indecipherably oblivious to the problem.
Thank you for your attention t o this matter.

Hi,
Is this issue still outstanding?
At the moment I can see your bot is disabled so it won't be retweeting any tweets.
Please ensure the password in the bot is correct to enable the bot.
Thanks,
Andy

I posted this problem, what? A month or more ago? Two months?
This is pretty absurd support.

Mattblackarts,
We have recently brought someone in to help us keep on top of support so we can spend our time on fixing and writing new code.
Is this still an issue?

Here's an KB article on DM-tweet bot that might help as well.
