DM bot is not working

I sent a DM to the account using Tweethopper (which is @CalDigLib) over 1 hour ago and the RT message has still not gotten sent out. Can you please check and see what the problem is?

   Joan,

   Hey, is your twitter account setup for oAuth on tweethopper now? If now, please login to tweethopper and hit the big red link "Switch to oAuth" as twitter is shutting down regular access.

   I checked the job runners and everything is running just fine right now - hence it is likely an oAuth issue.

   You shouldn't need to resend it, that would result in a double post. Just wait 5 minutes for the next job to hit the queue.
