Tim,
Give it a try now, I forced a refresh of the subscription settings from spreedly.
I will look a bit deeper into why it didn't happen on it's own.

I'm having roughly the same issue. Says my account needs to be upgraded, but I'm only using one bot on one feed... And it keeps saying I fixed the problem, though the account is labeled "Disabled by subscription plan downgrade."
Thoughts?

Me too - it finally upgraded but when I try and create a BOT - after getting redirected back from twitter I get an error saying "there was an error saving this Twitter account"
Help?

Do you have a screenshot or more error message from the screen you saw?
Sorry, the oAuth process is fairly new in Tweethopper, and it works for the
cases I tested, but I have a feeling there may be a few bugs lurking.

Screenshot from my error, or David's? :)
My whole error message is:
"Disabled by subscription plan downgrade. To re-enable, fix any issues and
click the "Update this account" button."

Similar to Mousewrites, I keep getting an error message saying
"Disabled by subscription plan downgrade."
When I click on "Manage Bot" I am told
"Disabled by subscription plan downgrade. To re-enable, fix any issues and click the "Update this account" button."
I can't find anything to change or fix that will allow the bot to stay active.
thanks

Unfortunately, I still haven't heard back from Josh. I hope it gets resolved
soon.

Mousewrites,
Can you give me more information on what you did or how you triggered your error? I saw it in the db, but I am not seeing the bug in the code, maybe your descriptions can help me pinpoint it.

All I did was sign up, chose the free account, plug in a feed and hit save.
It's constantly saying that the account was downgraded. If I remove the
feed, it goes away, but it goes back as soon as I put the feed in.

Subject: Re: upgraded account ...didn't upgrade [Problems]

Hey guys,
A few things were going on in this thread.
1) There was a bug in the upgrade code, which has been fixed and tested as working now. Accounts should properly fetch the new plan level once you upgrade.
2) Re-enabling a twitter account in tweethopper required an update to the password in our db, but oAuth has done away with that. We now have an enable link you can click if your twitter account gets disabled in our system.
Since this was two separate issues experienced by multiple people, I am going to close this thread and ask people to open a new issue if they still have any problems.
