Tweet Bot is not working

I just posted an article to the feed for the Bot, and no tweet has appeared. Have waited more than 1 hour, so it should have run by now. The account is @caldiglib and I am referring to the RSS to tweet feed bot.

Today is 5/10/10.

   Joan,

   Twitter is having some massive issues atm with a follower bug on their site. I will look into the post, but I am guessing it is related.
