Can't add second Twitter account / FeedJob

I signed up for a 3-Twitter account / Unlimited jobs account, but every time I try to add a new Bot to my initial Twitter account, or add an additional Twitter account or FeedJob, I get an error message that says "We're sorry, something went wrong".

The message claims you're aware of the problem and looking into it, but it has been over a week and I still can't add the second Twitter account.

    Everything seems right on your account. Perhaps we can make this discussion private and you can give me more details about what you are adding?
