Some of my tweetbots haven't updated for a day or two, now...how come? How can I check what the issue might be? The source RSS has most certainly changed....

This same problem has happened to me, both of my rss bots have stopped posting even though the dashboards says last activity is 2 hours ago they have not updated in 2 days. Whats up?

Yeah, One of my bots keeps being disabled.. REALLY annoying. It says "authentication error", but I'm sure the password is correct (since it was working 10 minutes ago). What gives?

We need example twitter usernames to track this stuff down. Please update this thread with that info.

My two bots are LB_Musicians and also LA_Musicians. The updating has started working again today as for some reason I FINALLY recieved a confirmation of my account email. The updating of the bots is also VERY irregular, your FAQ says that they update about every 20-30 mins, but that is not true

Oh, yeah, sorry about that.
I have more than 1 bot in 1 account, but the one that keeps being disabled is @designfeed. The rest are doing fine.

I would talk to twitter, it says the account is under investigation.

I had to switch my most important Bots over to Twitterfeed, since they were down for many days...the remaining ones look like they're working again, but very sluggishly...all-in-all, quite unreliable and inconsistent. Some of my accounts, like @napawinecountry, can take 10-12 hours to update (vs. the advertised 10 minutes).

How are the updates flowing now? We just did some major server upgrading. If they still seem sluggish, I would be happy to investigate further, as it might be related to feed parsing.

I'm trying to set up a DM-retweet bot for an account. I checked the settings 25 minutes ago, and then resent a DM tweet as a test at 15:54. There's no sign of it being retweeted yet, although the published update time is 5 minutes and the DM has shown up in the DM window for the account on Tweetdeck.
The account is @shinyshelf.

Thanks for pinging us, the issue turned out to be the @ symbol you had on each account you listed as a source. I removed those and you should see updates flowing soon.
See that this thread have several different issues, I am going to close it out, feel free to open new discussions if you still have problems guys.

Similar issues here. My bot @LiberT seems to turn become disabled regularly. My other bot seems to operate fine.

If anyone is still having an issue with this please let us know. We haven't heard anything else about it so I am assuming its been resolved.

So, my tweetbots were all shut off again...though you've got all my credit card info...please don't make me go back into all of them, 1 at a time, and turn them on each month...

I just checked things out and I am showing your bots active. I will look into the monthly mix up that seems to disable them as soon as I get home tonight.

first off, thanks for this great service but,
I have an RSS bot for my account (twitter name is @saidatlunch) . Which has not run for 15+hrs. But your faq says it should be running every 10min.
Any help would be appreciated.
