Problem with feed bot

I'm having a problem with my feed bot. It went 7 days without sending any messages. I removed the bot and recreated it and its having the same problem again. The bot name is DeschutesForest.

    The bot isn't posting anything because the feed is very stale (from July), if the feed posts something new, it will be tweeted.
